Can I prove the draw was not rigged?
Not cryptographically, and we will not pretend otherwise: the winner is worked out in your browser, with no published seed and nothing to check a result against afterwards. What Wheely gives you instead is a draw your audience watches from the entry list to the result, which is what the accusation is usually about.
Can I put the wheel on my stream?
Yes, as a layer. Every wheel that is not private has an overlay link in its sharing panel, made for OBS: add it as a browser source and the page behind the wheel is transparent, so it sits on top of your scene rather than covering it. The winner appears under the wheel after each spin, and those spins are recorded like any other. To be straight about what it is not: there is no chat command, so the spin is a click from you, in a browser or through OBS's Interact window. Present mode is still there if you would rather capture a window.
Do entrants need an account to be on the wheel?
No. Entries are just text you paste in. Nobody but you needs an account, and anyone can spin a shared wheel without one.
Can I put the wheel on my own website?
Yes, for any wheel that is not private. The sharing panel gives you an iframe to paste in, and visitors can spin it there without an account. Those spins are recorded too, marked as coming from an embed.
